The Story

As the minimalist and sleek style of the building, the bottles have refined and graceful curves that delight at first glance.

The ground on which the building is built is exceptional : it allows a 360 ° view.
It is inspired by this singularity, and it develops like a belvedere on the landscape. Opened on the four cardinal directions, it frames the Lighthouse to the east, the village to the south, the Moulin to the west and the vines to the north.

Placed as a signature, this modern vessel floating on a sea of ancestral vines, tells in its way the Janisson spirit. Pure lines, combinations of cubes and light …

Like the innovative architecture of its headquarters, Manuel Janisson now intends to affirm its quality of excellence and its singular style, fusion of tradition and modernity, design and authenticity

Composition : This wine is aged in our cellars for 36 months. 23% of reserve wines
Blend : 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay
Dosage : 8 gr/l

Wine Information

The wine is clear and brilliant. A light «mango» colour with delicate effervescence and a discrete stream of bubbles. The initial bouquet reveals wild strawberries, followed by wild berries, tart, vanilla and then, at a deeper level, spices such as cinnamon and thyme. A distinct immediate mouth feel directly followed by a creamy sensation which overwhelms the palate. Gentle sweetness like light cream with slightly tangy fruit aromas gives it a certain subtlety. The finish is explosive – litchis and redcurrants with a strawberry after taste.
