The Story

The ancestral « Saignée » technique, rare in the Champagne region, gives the delicate harmony of its candied strawberry and raspberry notes combined with the floral freshness of Chardonnay. In mouth, elegance and freshness naturally match with structure and fruitiness.

Wine Information

EGÉRIE DE PANNIER ROSÉ DE SAIGNÉE
A fruit-driven and refined Champagne...

About this cuvee
Egérie de PANNIER Rosé de Saignée is a cuvee rare, made by the traditional method of bleeding the skin and letting nature taint the wine before its long ageing.

This painstaking technique is used by only a handful of Houses ; those with winemakers willing to pass the hours waiting for the exact moment to run off the juice confident that their timing will be rewarded by the rarity of colour, elegance, suavity and passion.

For many champagne lovers, Egérie Rosé de Saignée will be your first experience with a "real" Rosé.
The freshness and elegance are remarkably well balanced with a fleshy fruit filled taste.
Raspberry and strawberry express themselves in a myriad of variations from the ultra fresh to more jammy and confiture like expression.
