Variety:
100% Cortese

Production area
Piedmont - Municipality of Gavi: the Cortese grape flourishes in the gentle hill country of this compact territory, encouraged by favourable locations and the mild climate.

Vinification:
After soft-crushing of the grapes,fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Maturation:
In stainless steel tanks, on its own fermentation lees.

Sensory profile:
Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Distinctive, subtle fragrance lifted by florality. Soft and fragrant on the palate, with attractive body. Appealing savouriness and freshness.

Alcohol:
13%

Storage:
Drink young to appreciate the wine’s fragrance. Store bottles in cool environment.

Food matchings:
Fish, risottos and white meats.

8-10C
