TASTING NOTES

Our Napa Valley Cabernet is made with grapes from ten different vineyard sites, resulting in a complex wine with layered flavors. It spent 20 months in barrel gently evolving and softening before being bottled.

Open a bottle and enjoy aromas of black raspberry, ripe strawberry and cassis with hints of cherry pie, graham cracker and espresso beans. The palate offers flavors of brambleberry, blueberry, nutmeg spice and brown sugar. Its moderate alcohol, firm acidity and velvety tannins help to frame a delicious, flavor-packed finish. Beautiful in its youth, this wine can easily be enjoyed now or in the next 5 to 8 years.

Written Notes

Aromas of stones intermix with blueberries and espresso undertones. This is well crafted with polished tannins and a delicate volume of fruit. Slightly one-dimensional but pretty to drink now.
