Founded in 2006 with a vision of creating wines with a distinct sense of place, Paul Dolan Vineyards sources grapes from unique locations throughout Mendocino County. Each location showcases the effect that terroir and micro-climate have on individual grape varietals. This coupled with our holistic winemaking practices of utilizing native yeasts and organically grown grapes, support each bottling's expression of terroir for wines of unforgettable character.
