History

Present for three generations, our family ensures the continuity of a long inherited experience of our ancestors. A wine-growing tradition, a richness and know-how that we transcribe in our cuvées. Harvesting-manipulating, we master each stage of the production, and champagne that the harvest from our vineyard located mainly on the slopes of Landreville. Committed to the preservation of our heritage, we want to extract the best from our land.

A richness that contributes to the elegance and freshness of our champagnes. Nature gives us the fruit necessary for the production of great Champagnes. Elaborating a Champagne is for us a real passion. From pruning the vine to uncorking, we think only of your emotion.

A prodigious moment in our job as winegrowers, the blending of our wines is the true expression of our tradition and our know-how.

Vineyards

Our vineyard is located in the southern part of Champagne, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the Ource valley, whose limestone slopes are perfectly suited to our vines. That confers grapes with complex aromas which make all the richness of our cuvées.

We grow two noble Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, bringing its body and its fruitiness and Chardonnay, its finesse and lightness. Their complementarity allows us to develop large vintages. We only produce champagne from our 25-hectare vineyard, planted on the sunny slopes of Landreville.

For many years we have been committed to an ecological approach always more attentive to nature. Our operation is certified High Environmental Value level 3, a recognition environmental performance official.

Level 3 is the highest stage of this ecological approach. It attests to our compliance with environmental performance thresholds relating to the biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy, fertilization management and water resource management. water.

By tasting Royer Père et Fils Champagnes, you engage with us in an approach respectful of the environment.
