History

A family adventure, for 5 generations

The Champagne house Yannick Prévoteau is a family business where know-how has been passed on for 5 generations already.

It is located in Damery, on the soil of the Marne Valley, in the heart of Champagne, 10 minutes from Epernay.

The wine estate operates just over 10 hectares of vineyard spread over 9 terroirs and over 63 plots.

A pretty palette where the 3 main grape varieties used in Champagne flourish: Chardonnay for 20%, Pinot Noir for 35% and Pinot Meunier for 45%.

Today, Eric and Yannick bring their most attentive care and their passion for the craft to the elaboration of their Champagnes.

Precise oenology – A plot vinification

The house practices precise oenology. We develop champagnes with a strong personality with the desire to express the identity of each terroir through our cuvées.

To reveal the authenticity of our wines, our champagnes are mostly available without the addition of sugar (in natural raw dosage).

Respect for the terroir with vinification without malolactic fermentation also guarantees freshness and identity.
