Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle, is in a perfect condition and has by the neck level. Colour is yellow, and looking bright and deep. On the nose it is intense, youthful, fresh, opulent and seductive. The taste is focused, fruity, elegant, perfumed, with silky tannins, with balanced, concentrated and well-structured structure. The finish is medium long, round, extensive and flavorful. This wine is transparent, sophisticated and fine. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 10-15 years and decant at least 15min before tasting.

The colour of this classic Champagne, disgorged three years ago, displays a very typical aspect of bright straw yellow with almost a golden hue. The nose is characterized by toasty aroma, roasted hazelnuts, brioche, with aroma reminiscent of ripe pear and hints of candied lemon in the background. On the palate creamy texture, well balanced character with fine mousseux and good aromatic length.
