Winemaking process:
Short maceration from 12 to 24 hours. Draining and racking. Fermentation.

Colour: Clean and brilliant. Soft cherry red with ruby hues
Nose: Highlighted aromas of red fresh fruit such as cherry, strawberry and raspberry.

Ageing capacity:
Because it is a young wine with typical fresh fruit notes, we recommend to drink up to 3 years after production.
