The Story

Los Monteros is a range of wines with great personality that come from old vineyards in South East Spain, where the vines produce only small quantities of grapes but of great quality and concentration. The singular look of this exclusive bottle and its cork label anticipate what to expect when Los Monteros is uncorked: a fully bodied wine, with body and soul.

Grapes Varieties: 60% Monastrell and 40% Merlot

Area of Production
Vineyards selected from the Denominación de Origen Protegida Valencia. Gentle climates with influences from the Mediterranean Sea produce fruity wines with character.

Winemaking
A very carefully selected wine from a traditional fermentation. Fermented for 12 days at a temperature of 26ºC. The wine is matured in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months. Before being released it is aged for at least 6 months in the bottle.

Serving Suggestions
Serve between 16 and 18ºC with red meats, roasts, game and strong cheese. It is recommend the bottle is opened one hour before serving.
