WINE TASTING
"The dress is dark and the nose intense with beautiful spices and blackberry notes. On the palate, the attack is generous and mellow, the mid-palate is elegant with thin tannins, long-lasting finish enhanced by spices and coffee notes." - Le Figaro by Bernard Burtschy - 16.5/20

Written Notes

Dark purple red colour with violet hue. Opulent and modern nose with intense aroma reminiscent of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, ripe blackberries, black cherries and distinct vanilla and gingerpread aroma. On the palate well structured with opulent mouthfeel, excellent length and intense toasting character, spicy finish with succulent fruit, however at the moment a touch too much of oak.
