Written Notes

Clear lively ruby colour wine. Its intriguing contrast between the somewhat “reserved” tones of the Carignan grape variety and a vibrant combination of red berries and Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and Timut pepper can be appreciated. Seductive palate with polished tannins, juicy freshly squeezed blackberries fragrance and a whiff of juniper berries. – By Franck Massard, Epicure Wines
