EYE: The foam is abundant in the service then constitutes an immaculate carpet of fine bubbles. The lively effervescence permanently maintains this creamy mousse. The dress is of a deep pink with salmon shades. The wine is crystal clear.
NOSE: The nose is of excellent ripe fruitiness. Raspberry aromas dominate the nose. When airing, you will discover cherry notes with a light syrup.
MOUTH: In the mouth the fruitiness literally explodes and pleasantly tapes the taste buds. The cherry perceived on the nose turns into sour cherry giving it an exceptional length. The finish is round and supple.
CONCLUSION: A rosé whose fruity evokes the best bleeding rosés. A rosé champagne ideal for meals. It should also allow surprising agreements with desserts.
