The NV Le Bout du Clos is breathtaking. The essence of Ambonnay emerges from the glass in layers of mineral-infused red fruit, crushed rocks and white flowers. The Bout du Clos is all about precision, detail and nuance. It is an extraordinary wine in every way. Crushed rocks, graphite and smoke inform the clean, bracing finish.
