A complex nose strongly evocative of « pâtisserie » (choux, puffed pastry, warm custard tart...)
On the palate slight bitterness (orange marmelade) reveals the freshness of Avize, the roundness of Chouilly and minerality of Cramant. Finesse and length.
This cuvée with a long finish is perfectly balanced and an easy taste. Better still among friends.

Table Ronde
Notre cuvée Table Ronde est élaborée uniquement à partir de Chardonnay issu de nos vignes sélectionnées spécialement parmi nos cuvées Grands crus de la Côte des Blancs (Cramant, Avize, Chouilly).
Le coeur de la cuvée provient de la vendange 2007, il sera marié avec des vins des années antérieures de Chardonnay conservés selon le système Soléra
Les cuvées Table Ronde Brut et Table Ronde Brut nature diffèrent par leur teneur en sucre ajouté sous forme de liqueur d'expédition lors de l'opération de dosage.
- La cuvée Brut Nature est la recherche de l'expression d'un terroir crayeux caractérisé par une grande minéralité.
- La cuvée Brut cherche à sublimer la pureté, la profondeur et la finesse du Chardonnay issu de nos terroirs.
