Wine Information

Presentation
The elegance and flavour of the 2011 harvest have found their way into this blend of 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot noir. Bottled in March 2012 after six months' vinification in stainless steel and enamelled tanks, this cuvée consisting of a majority of wines from the 2011 harvest (80%) and 20%of reserve wines has been kept in our chalk cellars for a minimum of 30 months.
