Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Very attractive nose with typical limestone minerality, excellent fruit, quinces and hints of ripe apricots, pineapple in the background. Discreet oak influence displaying aroma reminiscent of vanilla and roasted hazelnuts. On the palate fine acidity, crisp character, expressive fruit, creamy texture, distinct minerality, depth, persistence and convincing length. Very "classic" character of Chardonnay although with an own signature. Wonderful.
