Blend:
A Champagne of great character, with no sugar at all added, allowing the wine to truly reflect the soils in which the grapes are grown. The perfect balance of purity and refinement.
Appearance:
Pale yellow in colour with golden tinges, delicate collar at the rim and a steady ribbon of discrete bubbles.
Nose:
Expressive nose, exuding fresh citrus and white fruit notes, developing a more fruity, spicy character of cardamom, cinammon and mirabelle plums.
Palate:
Fresh and lively on the palate and enjoyable. Delicate sensation of fine bubbles. Definite signs of maturity.
For an aperitif, best served at 7 - 8°C.
