(Barrel fermented in all seasoned French oak. 13% alc, TA 6.4g/L, pH 3.17)
An interesting vegemite yeast edge this year. Oak plays a background character if that. Lovely chewy acidity really drives the palate – it’s what you come for. A little raw and ‘just bottled’ to finish but certainly shows promise. Give it another 6 months and could work nicely.
