<10 tasting notes
A hint of pepper – white pepper – emerges from this West Aussie Shiraz. Margaret River Shiraz is so often ignored in favour of the more illustrious Cabernet. It means there are some very fine wines sneaking along under the radar and this is one for them. Cherry and raspberry notes here. It is more expressive on the palate than on the nose, and there are lots of lovely cherry characters to be found there. Soft tannins and a lingering finish.
Best drinking: for four years.
