40% new oak, full malolactic fermentation and native yeasts all contribute to the fabulous complexity to be found in this cracking Mornington Peninsula Chardy. Terrific intensity and yet a supple texture, there are notes of grapefruit and oatmeal. Good acidity. Excellent length. This is a really lovely Chardy that should earn this winery many new fans.
Best drinking: should drink beautifully for the next 8 years.
