Hand-picked fruit from select rows planted with Bordeaux based clones was pressed and the juice slowly fermented in various wood barrels. The wine remained in wood on lees for 11 months before blending and bottling.
Bouquet: Lime, ginger, and white peach with complex savoury and herbal notes.
Palate: A creamy front palate leads to a fine, sustained finish. Savoury, citrus and tropical layers.
