— Geological substrate: Diano sandstone in transition to Sant’Agata fossil marl, 9 million years old (Tortonian age).

— Vinification: fermentation on the skins in stainless steel for 16 days at a controlled temperature of between 20° and 30° C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wood.
— Aging: 32 months in new French oak tonneaux.
