The Story

Origin: Hillside vineyard “Monte Masua” in the historical Valpolicella Classica zone, blessed by mother nature by a magnificent landscape and its perfect suitability for grapes.

Grapes: Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 25% and Molinara 5%

Alcohol: 15 % vol.

Vinification: The grapes are dried for 5 months prior to pressing, and then 3 years in Slavonian Oak barrels of 35 hectoliters.

Tasting Notes:  Intense ruby red appereance. Warm, ripe on the nose, intense and of great refinement. Complex at the palate, smooth, full bodied, characteristic with clear shades of dried grapes.

Recommended with: Red meat, game, mature cheeses. Excellent after-dinner wine.
