Wine Information
Available in BRUT GRAND CRU and DEMI-SEC GRAND CRU
Robe :
A bright robe, with a youthful glint.
The bubbles are delicate and airy, with a consistent “cordon”.
Nose :
The nose is impetuous, offering a wide pallet of budding aromas.
From fresh apricot to fresh pineapple, passing through mandarin-type citrus fruit.
The honeyed finish of the nose gives a glimpse of this wine’s huge potential.
The palate « (en bouche ») :
The taste , “la bouche”, is very structured compared the olfactory impression and comes as a delightful surprise. Synonymous of maturity, this “bouche” allows the most daring associations.
Tasting :
This wine would perfectly accompany a sweet and savoury dish…perhaps a Veal Roast Orloff coated with a light honey sauce and served with warm citrus fruit. As a summer apéritif, enjoy it for example with foie gras or quince canapés.
