Bright and fresh, featuring an upfront display of red and black currant preserve flavors, laced with black tea and backed by a nice iron twinge through the finish. Sneaky long, too

Purple red with violet hue and black core. Very expressive nose with distinct fruit character, ripe elderberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, elegant yet discreet toasting aroma, with a fine scent of mild spices in the backtround. On the rich yet well structured with freshness and ripe tannins, excellent fruit, discreet spiciness, complex approach with a wonderful length. A noteworthy wine in a remarkable vintage, slightly more classic in style than 2018. (Tasted on march 23, 2020)
