Written Notes

Ruby, fruit driven, quite intense and untypical lack of rusticity for Pommard, black tea, bergamott, strawberries, minerals and vanilla. Fresh acidity, full bodied for Burgundy, balanced, refreshing, elegant in an untypical sence of the word (for Burgundy), my first perfect bottle of Clos des Epenaux, lovely length and finish.
