Gut fünf Stunden Dekantiertzeit braucht auch der legendäre Zwilling des unsterblichen 1947 Chambertin Vandermeulen, der 1955 Clos de Tart Vandermeulen. Tiefdunkle Farbe fast ohne Alter, ein schier unglaubliches Konzentrat mit dunklem Karamell, deutlicher Kaffeenase und immer noch präsenter Frucht, am Gaumen geradezu explosiv mit gewaltigem Dampf und ungeheurem, aromatischem Druck, so komplex mit Dichte und irrer Säure. Ein absolut perfekter, schier unsterblicher Wein, der sprachlos machte – WT100. Ja, ich will es nicht verhehlen, ich hatte hier dieses einmalige Erlebnis erst im letzten Glas, dass ich mir lange aufgehoben hatte, denn auch dieser Wein hatte, obwohl ich extra bei der Abgabe drum gebeten hatte, zwar einen voluminösen Riesendekanter, aber nicht die nötige Zeit bekommen.
