History

The origin of the Herbert-Pechon family is lost in the mists of time. It took two centuries to build the vineyard.
Winemakers from father to son for 3 generations, we perpetuate with love and passion the virtues of Dom Pérignon (who discovered the effervescence), in a spirit of craftsmanship, a method that remains traditional.
 

In 1982, it is Didier Herbert who takes again the continuity of the activity. The desire to preserve the personality of these Champagnes inspires all the team working today to the continuity of the Champagne Didier Herbert.
