Damilano Wine Company is one of the oldest wineries in Barolo with historic traditions. If there was a classification of Grand Cru in Piedmont similar to the one in Burgundy, the Cannubi vineyard would be considered as one of the very few true Grand Crus that exist in the Barolo area. To coincide with the opening of the Museo del Vino, (Wine Museum), Damilano has renovated their historic, family home at Via Roma 31 into a second wine shop with an aesthetic similar to the wine shop at the winery. This new space was created so that tourists could taste Damilano’s wines in a refined setting.
