The Story

Grape variety: 100% Arneis

Vineyards: Sourced from very select vineyards in the hills of Barolo and Barbaresco. 

Vinification: Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel fermenters with extensive lees contact.

Ageing: In stainless steel until bottling is made in March after the harvest.
