Written Notes

Tarlant’s NV Brut Nature Rosé is soft and quite pretty, with attractive suggestions of cranberry, white pepper, rose petal and dried herbs. I would prefer to drink it over the next 2-3 years, before the vegetal flavors and slightly grainy texture become even more apparent than they are now. Sadly, there is no escaping the personality of the base 2011 vintage. The blend is 50% Chardonnay, 44% Pinot Noir and 6% Meunier.
