Wine Information
VARIETY:
40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenere, 30% Merlot
ORIGIN:
For this harmonious blend of three grape varieties we selected grapes from the Maipo and Rapel valleys as their climate and soil produce grapes of great character.
CLIMATE:
The 2010 season was characterized by its moderate temperatures towards the end of the ripening process,
leading to more balanced wines.
HARVEST:
The grapes were harvested by hand.
VINIFICATION:
The wine making process allowed for the extraction of fruity aromas and soft tannins. The fermentation was done in small tanks and there was no post-fermentation maceration.

The combination of these three varieties creates a wine with a big personality with spicy and ripe red fruit aromas merged with the toasted aromas from the oak. On the palate this wine is well-structured, with ripe, persistent tannins.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Serve at between 17 and 18°C. Red meats and mature cheeses are an excellent accompaniment for this great wine.
