Vineyards

Winemaking

Lorenzo is a traditionalist who respects classic wine making. The fermentation takes place under natural yeasts in concrete and stainless steel tanks. He uses manual punch downs for colour extraction. Long maceration for Barolo wines from 1-2 months. Malolactic fermentation is completed in in steel.
