This exploitation of six hectares to date was created by my grandfather Lucien Lemaire in 1932. And it was in 1985 that I followed in my grandfather's footsteps to become a winemaker, but when you produce grapes, there is a feeling of unfinished work. Winemaking

First of all it is made with whole grapes, which have not undergone any "crushing" or crushing before arriving at the press, as far as possible. This pressing, in our exploitation, will be done using a horizontal pneumatic press, equipped with a program intended to respect cycles of rise in pressure studied especially by the interprofession for the respect of the quality desired for this noble wine produced in our region.
