Vinification: fermentation in 100 hectolitre stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees.
Ageing: in 100 hectolitre stainless steel vats for 6 months, then in bottle for 6 months.
Features: straw yellow hue. Intense aroma with fruity and floral notes, piquant and lingering taste. Elegant wine.
Alcohol content: 13,5%.
