Emiliana on 90-luvun lopulta asti tuottanut kaikki viininsä luonnonmukaisesti ja on tänä päivänä Chilen suurin orgaanisten ja biodynaamisten viinien tuottaja.

Hapot: 5,2 g/l
Alkoholi: 13,5 %

Valmistus
Rypäleet poimittiin käsin, ja viini kävi terästankeissa. Viidesosa viinistä kypsyi 6 kuukautta ranskalaisissa tammitynnyreissä.
