VINIFICATION
The selection of grapes is done with the help of Vistalys, the latest optical selection table from Bucher Vaslin, which carries out a strict control so that only perfect berries go through. THE HARVEST
Vine health was excellent in 2010. Despite an irregular winter and an unusually warm spring, the cool and dry conditions in September and October allowed for a good evolution of phenolic maturity that brought accumulation of colour and aromas in the skins. The year’s excellent sanitary conditions allowed for wines to show an outstanding quality and the vintage has been rated “EXCELLENT” by Rioja DOCa.
