The Story
Vine variety: 100% Garganega.
Production area: Soave hills microarea.
Vinification: Drying of the grapes on racks for 4 months. Pressing at the end of January/February. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging for one year in tonneaux. Maturation in the bottle for 4-5 months.
Notes:
The colour is brilliant golden yellow. The bouquet is intense, fruity, fresh, with hints of honey, toasted almond and light vanilla.
