ORIGIN
This wine is obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in San Pedro´s vineyards at the Central Valley.
PRODUCER'S TASTING NOTES
Its colour is a pale yellow with green tones. Its aroma is fairly intense tropical fruit aromas stand out, such as pineapples and mangos. On the palate it has lots of fruit good acidity, fresh young character, vivid and pleasant finish, good persistence.
SERVING SUGGESTION
First courses, seafood, ethnic dishes-pastas, curries, salsas, spicy sausages, vegetables dishes, luncheon salads, olive oil based dishes, tomato sauces, goat cheese.
Ideal temperature for drinking: 10-12°C
PRODUCER BACKGROUND
Viña San Pedro was founded in 1865, 200km south of Santiago in Chile's Curico Valley and began a long tradition of winemaking in the region, thanks to the valley´s favorable climatic conditions and rich soils. Presently, Viña San Pedro is the country's second largest wine exporter with over 1,200 contiguous hectares of plantations and, most notably, over 1,500 hectares planted in Chile's key wine valleys.
