The Story
Elaboration: Subtle blend of white and red wines from the Champagne hillsides, prepared in the vintage and composed equally of two Champagne grape varieties: the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This seductive Champagne will surprise you with the elegance of its salmon dress and the delicacy of its aromas. It will accompany both your festive and romantic moments.
Tasting:
- The appearance: Champagne has a pretty bright pink salmon color dress, with pale salmon pink hues. It is animated by very fine bubbles that rejoin a fairly fluid disc, letting a good light that confers depth in the flute. The visual sensation announces a rich Champagne and fees.
- The nose: The first nose evokes a certain greed, with smells orange, paprika, banana, cherry, blackberry, with scents of iris and pink and a spicy accent reminiscent of Espelette pepper. Aeration of the wine reveals notes of white pepper, iodine of shells, peach, pink grapefruit.
- Palate: The attack on the palate is supple and fresh with an effervescence creamy and melted. The wine develops delicately in the palate on a fruit density evoking peach and floral caress of the rose, well coated by a sandy-limestone fluid minerality.
