Wine Information
100% Meunier
Its lovely shiny pale golden hue is reminiscent of a beautiful sunrise in May. When served, countless, lively bubbles are released, bursting on the surface and revealing this Champagne’s many aromas.
When first nosed, the champagne shows remarkable finesse. It opens with aromas of fresh yellow fruits; after a few seconds these sensations are replaced by mentholated scents underpinned by a hint of vanilla and liquorice.
Surprisingly lively and instantly mineral on the palate, it then goes on to deliver with an excellent balance between tight acidity and a very subtle dosage. Over time, this Champagne increases in power and voluptuousness, developing aromas of fresh citrus fruits along with yellow fruits (peach, quince, pear). The finish is long, upright and of great finesse.
