The Story
Variety: 100% Godello
Winemaking: Fermented at a controlled temperature in 500l French oak barrels, followed by ageing on lees in the same French oak barrels for 8 months.
Tasting notes: Pale golden in colour, the wine presents a very intense aroma full of nuances, in which the most typical Godello varietals immediately stand out together with fresh stone fruits, and subtle citrus and herbaceous notes. Once it develops in the glass, we can appreciate the great aromatic potential of this wine. The fruity profile gains complexity, with aromas of dried flowers and very light toasted notes interlacing into the whole. On the palate is long, broad and well structured, with balanced acidity.
Wine Information
Production: 5,278 bottles
Vintage: The year 2016 began with heavy rains in April and May. At the beginning of the summer, the climate became drier and warmer than usual, correcting the imbalances caused by a very rainy spring. September had its regular characteristics, which allowed a regular and graduated harvest.
