Champagne Xavier Alexandre

Our firm, Maison Alexandre, at the crossroads between Reims and Épernay, is located in Courmas, a pretty little village on the Champagne tourist route, in the heart of the vineyards to the west of the Montagne de Reims.

From father to son since 1933: Yves Alexandre – a Récoltant-Manipulant growing and producing his own wine in Courmas – has passed on his passion for cultivating vines and producing wine to his son Xavier.

Maison Alexandre has the “Champagnes de Vignerons” label, which guarantees the quality and expertise handed down over the generations.

Xavier Alexandre cultivates the vines on the family farm, produces the wines on his estate and sells his bottles of Champagne and Côteaux Champenois himself.

Our vineyards extend over 7 hectares spread over the 10 villages of the Marne department. Five of them are premier cru (Champillon, Coulommes-la-Montagne, Dizy, Ville-Dommange and Vrigny).

The authenticity of each terroir and the geographical and climatic exposure of our premier cru parcels allow us to select the finest grapes (Chardonnay, Meunier, Pinot Noir) for each of our wines.

We cultivate our vines using sustainable, eco-friendly methods typical of the Champagne region.

We produce our champagnes and coteaux champenois wines using traditional Champagne methods, each year adapting to the specific characteristics of each parcel picked.

We take great care of our grapes and adjust the vinification of the juices and ageing in the wine stores to create authentic wines and ensure consistent quality for each of our cuvees.
