Don PX Gran Reserva 1987 is a wine made by the Toro Albalá winery in the Montilla-Moriles appellation of origin. A monovarietal PX, of the Dulce PX VORS type, a wine aged in oak barrels in the static oxidative ageing system.

A wine that in its tasting will not leave you impassive. A marvel that leaves a golden wine in a still glass with greenish reflections, bright and clean, with a good tear fluid enough to be a fortified wine (17 º).

The nose fills with sweet notes as soon as you bring it closer, with a later aroma of citrus fruit with candied touches, memories of pastry and the unmistakable balsamic touches. Great intensity and an eminently sweet nose.

In the mouth it is surprisingly a fresh wine, light on the palate, with a very reduced acidity that gives a warm and velvety step in the mouth, with long and persistent step. Incredible finish that is even refreshing.
