Ruby. Dark fruits, ripe berries, jammy, rich, intense, some minerals beneath. Freshish acidity, ripe tannins, fruity, red and darker berries, fruity, sweet, somewhat jammy. 90-92
  • 91p
Medium deep colour. Dried plum, prune, blackberry elderberry aromas with praline notes. Generous and inky textured with prune, dark berry flavours, and fine slinky looseknit dry tannins. Finishes silky and long with persistent fruit. Some bitter sweet notes. Nice wine. 93 points
  • 93p
Dark purple red with violet hue and black core. Rich and aromatic nose reminiscent of plums and blackberry jam, prunes and dark chocolate in the background. On the palate opulent and rich with succulent fruit, again prunes, dark chocolate and mild spices, firm but mature tannins and very good length.
