VINIFICATION Hand harvesting. Double sorting table, filling of the tanks by gravity, cap punching, insulated stainless steel vats of 68 hl with double lining for a precise parcels selection. Ageing in oak French barrels during 16 months with 80% new barrels and 20% second-fill barrels.
WINE TASTING Deep colour with crimson tints. Nose of black cherry and black currant notes. In the mouth, the wine is generous, powerful, fruity and delicate: excellent!
