NV (10's)

100% Chardonnay Grand Cru
Dosage: 7 g/l
Service temperature: 8 to 10°c

Rare among the grapes grown in Champagne, irreplaceable in blends, the chardonnay is outstanding when vinified on it’s own and produces elegant and delicate champagne. Among the Grand Cru terroirs growing Chardonnay, Chouilly has remarkable characteristics such as fresh acidity and charming aromas of almond, lemon tree, chamomile and pear with hints of fresh butter and pastry.
The prime concern of the winemaker is freshness and elegance with care and respect for the terroir. Careful elaboration in stainless steel vats and low fermentation temperature to preserve the fragile aromas, thus offering the champagne enthusiast the truest interpretation of the unique Chouilly terroir.

Soft greenish gold color with a creamy necklace of fine, lively bubbles in the glass, Chouilly Blanc de Blancs reveals a joyful personality, and is balanced. It is silky on the palate with a crisp nose of delicate white flowers.
