The blend is from four parcels in the four Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant and is actually a vintage wine, 100% from one fine harvest year.

Wine Information
Appearance: The wine is crystalline, the robe golden with hints of green which are typical of the Chardonnay varietal. The mousse is fine and regular with a pretty ribbon of bubbles.
The Nose: The first nose is flowery with hints of hawthorn and honeysuckle, and slightly fruity. Notes of citrus (candied lemon) and hazelnut then appear. The finish is a bit smoky, which brings complexity and elegance.
