Vintage 2015

Full report of Bordeaux 2015 by Andrew Caillard MW “Next in line in a great series of vintages; 2000, 2005, 2009, 2010 and 2015.

Written Notes

This wine has evolved lovely in just one year. Very pronounced toasty cassis nose with seductive intensity. The palate is round and juicy with silky textured tannins. Very smooth and satiny. Genereous chocolatey toastiness. Very quaffable wine at this early stage but will evolve nicely another 3-5 years. Decant for 2 hours and serve 17-18C with duck confit. JL 90p (9/2019)
